House rules

• Check-in/Check-out:

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM (1500H). Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (1200H). Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the front desk for arrangements.

• Incidental Deposit:

A refundable incidental deposit of PHP 1,500 per room, per night will be collected upon check-in. This deposit covers potential incidental charges and will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damages or outstanding charges are incurred.

• Auto Check-Out & Final Bill Authorization:

By signing this registration card, you grant Club Nalu authorization to automatically check you out at the standard check-out time (12:00 PM) if you do not formally check out at the Front Desk. Your registered credit card will then be charged for all incurred room and incidental charges.

• Smoking Policy:

This is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, balconies, and indoor common areas. Tampering of smoke detectors is strictly prohibited. The Hotel reserves the right to charge penalty of PHP 10,000 for violation of the non-smoking policy.

• Liability for Valuables:

Liability for valuables and effects of the Hotel’s guest shall be governed by Article 1998 of the Civil Code of the Philippines. The hotel is not liable for the loss or damage of valuables left in guest rooms. Guests are strongly encouraged to utilize the safety deposit boxes in the room to store their valuable items.

• Drugs and Deadly Weapons:

Bringing of dangerous drugs and deadly weapons are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction, notification of law enforcement, and potential legal action.

• Identification Requirement:

For security purposes and compliance with local regulations, a valid government-issued identification (e.g. passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID etc.) is required from all adult guests upon check-in. This information shall be stored in accordance with Data Privacy guidelines.
